  • EAMCET 2012 - FINAL PHASE: Eligible Candidates of EAMCET-2012 (M.P.C Stream) to seek admission in to 5 year Pharma-D Course are informed to exercise the options using their old password and Login ID. No. (Scratch card) from any Help Line Centre mentioned as per the schedule given below. It is informed that the seats and colleges available will be placed in the website: http://apeamcet.nic.in:

    Who can exercise options?
    • Candidates who have secured seats in Engineering & Pharmacy Courses and wish to change to Pharma-D Course.
    • Who have not secured seat so far.
    • Who have not exercised the options so far, but got their certificates verified.
    • Who have secured a seat, reported and wish to change to Pharma-D course.
    • Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their seat allotted in 1st & 2nd Phase allotments and seeking admission in to Pharma-D Course.
    • Who have not attended for Certificate verification earlier phases and who have taken back their certificates should get their certificates verified on 04.11.2012 (For MPC Stream) and 06.11.2012 (For Bi.P.C. Stream) from any Help Line Center and exercise options as per schedule given above, However, all Special Category Candidates (NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH) should attend for Certificate Verification at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad only.
    CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY CANDIDATES SEEKING FRESH ADMISSION:
    • All original certificates like EAMCET Rank Card, Hall Ticket
    • Intermediate Memo- cum-Pass Certificate
    • S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
    • VI to Inter Study Certificate.
    • Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2012 whose parental income is up to Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum for SC/ST and Rs. 1 Lakh per annum for other candidates and Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and also PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable..
    • PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:
      • PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board.
      • Candidates with 40% and above disability.
      • CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification.
      • Candidates whose parents are domicile of A.P. are only eligible to be considered under "CAP" Category.
      • NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities.
      • Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.
    Fee to be Paid at the Time of Certificate Verification: Processing Fee: Rs.600/- for (OC/BC), Rs.300/- for (SC/ST).

    Before the commencement of Option Entry check College Fee particulars and seats available under Convener Quota .

    Note:

    • The Candidates who secured 45% (For OC) and 40% (SC/ST/BC) in group subjects of Intermediate or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission as prescribed by AICTE/Government.
    • Candidates are informed that the Pharmacy council of India vide Ref. No: 14-2/2009-PCI-10834-12152, dt: 17/07/2009 has not approved Intermediate equivalent programs of one year duration such as NOS, APOSS for admission into Pharmacy courses for the purpose of Registration as pharmacist.
    • As per Memo.No.3637/Edn2/2012 of Social Welfare(SW.Edn2) Dept, Dated: 13.09.2012, All eligible students (other than SC/ST) for Fee Reimbursement opting for Pharma-D Course are eligible for a Maximum Fee Reimbursement up to Rs. 68,000/- and for SC/ST candidates are eligible for total Fee Reimbursement.
    • Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment in Engineering & Pharmacy courses need not exercise option once again. Those who are willing to take admissions into Pharma-D Course only can exercise the options afresh. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment. Allotments will be placed on the website on 06.11.2012 (MPC Stream) after 6.00 PM. For vacancies and other details please visit the www.apeamcet.nic.in (for MPC Stream)
    • It is informed that the candidate should report before 15.11.2012 at their respective colleges. Failure to report before cut off date the seat will be forfeited. The Convenor is not responsible if you are not reported in time
    • The request for the re-allotment for any course will not be entertained under any circumstances.
    • If any candidate wishes to cancel his provisional allotment after this phase, they are advised to approach the Help Line Centres where they have deposited Certificates along with Original Receipt of Certificates on or before 15.11.2012.
    • Pending certificates like income certificate have to produced at respective Help Line centers before 15.11.2012.

  • The qualified candidates of EAMCET-2012 are informed to attend certificate verification in any one the Help Line Centers (HLCs) and as per the schedule :

    Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre in one location, the ranks are distributed Help Line Centre wise and hence they are informed to attend for certificate verification in the HLC where their ranks are mentioned.

    ST candidates to attend for Certificate Verification in the Help Line Centres marked with ** only. However, all Special categories of NCC/CAP/Sports & Games, PH and Anglo-Indian must attend for Certificates Verification only at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad

    NOTE:

    • Allotments will be placed on the website on 02.10.2012 after 6.00 PM.
